Aerotech Processing Solutions and Master Metal Finishers Unified Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy is provided to you to understand how we collect information from you, how we store it, how we use it, and your rights in controlling it.

Types of Information Collected

We will ask you to provide all standard and reasonable points of information that allow us to complete a legitimate business transaction with you.

How Information is Collected

We will only collect from you the information that you specifically provide to us. You will opt-in to providing information when you place an order with us over the phone or through our website. You may choose to provide us with information on a Purchase Order, Bill of Lading, Packing Slip, or other methods of your choice to disclose information to us. By sending us your contact information, you are consenting to be contacted by us.

We are required to provide you a way to specifically opt-in to receiving business SMS text messages. You can do that on our contact page, here:
www.aerotechprocessing.com/request-a-quote/

You may also opt-in to business SMS messaging by texting us at 973-782-4485.

We do not ‘farm’ or ‘scrape’ data about you in any way, unlike many major corporations who rely on various types of data-mining to build profiles of internet users and their customers.

Purpose of Data Collection

We will only collect and retain the information necessary to complete business transactions in which we mutually agree to participate.

Data Security Measures

We are required by Congress to participate in the CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) standard of cybersecurity compliance. To that end, we maintain an IT and Cybersecurity Department to facilitate and ensure this compliance. We attest that we maintain a high level of cybersecurity, and register that attestation on a US Navy / Department of Defense joint compliance website called SPRS (The Supplier Performance Risk System).

This program is outlined in NIST SP 800-171 and mandated by DFARS 252.204-7020. You can read about these requirements on the Defense Acquisitions website here: 252.204-7020 NIST SP 800-171DoD Assessment Requirements. | Acquisition.GOV

Data Access and Sharing Practices

Your data can be accessed by authorized employees who are approved to specifically access your data for the specific purpose of meeting a need or service that you have requested. Authorized associates may access your contact information to make or confirm orders, appointments, or deliveries. Authorized associates may furthermore access certain parts of your data for the purpose of collecting a debt.

Your data is NEVER sold, loaned, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

We will provide lawfully requested data to an authorized governmental or law-enforcement entity in the unlikely event that such information is sought.

User Rights

Users have the right to opt-in to the types of contact they allow. It is your choice to allow us to contact you by voice call, SMS text message, email, or any other form of communication we may mutually agree upon. Similarly, you have the right to specifically opt-out of communications, such as SMS text messaging, that you do not wish to receive.

We will honor your choice to opt-in or out of any form of communication at any time.
