About Anthony Dixon

Anthony supervises the workflow for our production floor. He works with Customer Service to monitor incoming customer POs and the Work Orders they create. He manages instructions from our Quality Department to prioritize the occasional rework. He also interacts with the receiving dock to ensure that parts from our customers are paired with the proper paperwork so they can go into production. On the production floor, Anthony ensures that each step of our work order travelers are processed efficiently and correctly before advancing the job to the next stage. Once jobs are completed, he sees to it that our packing department properly packages the job for pick-up or shipping, and then co-ordinates with our driver for the proper shipping route or with UPS for pickups. Anthony is also a point-person for excellent customer service, communicating with our valued customers about the status of orders and scheduling times for customer pickups.

Anthony is fork-lift certified, and also a Level 2 NDT technician.
