Nina is an AS9100D Certified Lead Auditor with a professional background in aerospace quality management, program leadership, & special process compliance. Throughout her career, she has built extensive experience working within highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environments, specializing in quality systems, customer requirements, risk management, & continuous improvement. Her expertise comes from a combination of industry certifications, specialized aerospace training, hands on leadership across quality, engineering support, processing operations, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with customers, engineering, & production, she helps ensure projects are completed on time, meet customer requirements, and maintain the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.

She leads Aerotech’s Quality Management System and serves as the primary quality lead for all, NADCAP, and Prime customer audits. She is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, strengthening quality systems, and ensuring customer and engineering requirements are effectively carried through every stage of production. She also oversees the facility’s quality and compliance testing programs, making sure required testing, process validations, certifications, and ongoing monitoring are completed and maintained in accordance with aerospace specifications and customer requirements. Her experience includes leading root cause and corrective action investigations, risk analysis, Statistical Process Controls, process validation, internal auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the engineering team, she also reviews specifications, evaluates processing methods, and provides guidance to ensure every process meets engineering intent and customer expectations.

A significant part of her role is focused on finding better ways to strengthen processes, improve consistency, and support long term operational success. By combining risk based thinking, data driven decision making, and strategic collaboration across the organization, she helps improve process capability & reduce variation and enhance overall manufacturing performance. She believes quality goes far beyond inspection, it’s built through strong processes, continuous improvement, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. Her goal is to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and quality excellence while helping Aerotech Processing Solutions remain a trusted partner to the aerospace and defense industry.
